Chalet Marini is a large comfortable chalet sleeping 20 which has been newly refurbished it is located in Meribel village. In keeping with the other chalets run by Ski Basics, Chalet Marini contains all of the ingredients necessary to provide an enjoyable ski holiday.
LOCATION :
This is the original village of Meribel and retains many traditional farm buildings as well as newer 'ski chalets', it is one mile from the modern ski resort centre but maintains the same altitude. The village has a bar and two restaurants, tourist office, bread shop and Spar general shop.
Access to Meribel centre if required is by the courtesy Ski Basics minibus service (which runs untill 1 am in the evening). It is a 20 minute walk if you want the exercise!
FACILITIES :
Sleeps 20, 10 twin ensuite with shower or bath, Living rooms have south facing balconies giving stunning views. Log fire, CD player, t.v video games, heated boot rack, ample parking.
Minibus service which runs till 1am so you can enjoy the night life.
Meribel village is serviced by a four person chairlift giving direct access to the Altiport area and in doing so missing the early morning queues in Meribel centre. The ski slopes run directly in to the centre of the village, so skiing home couldn't be easier the Blue Lapin run takes you within 200m of the chalet.
